1. General Provisions.
1.1 The geological nature monument of the local value, Cut of the Hrynchuts'ka
Subsuite of Ryhtivs'ka Suite of the Malynovets'ka Series. It is located on the
left bank of the Dnister River. The Northern outskirts of Malynivtsi Village.
It is the cut of sedimentary of the Silurian layers. It became a reserve according
to the resolution of the Oblast' Executive Committee, No. 278 of 04.09.1982.
1.2 The total area of the geological nature monument of the local value, Cut
of the Hrynchuts'ka Subsuite of Ryhtivs'ka Suite of the Malynovets'ka Series.
2.1 The geological nature monument of the local value, Cut of the Hrynchuts'ka
Subsuite of Ryhtivs'ka Suite of the Malynovets'ka Series belongs to the nature
reserved fund of Ukraine.
2.2 The main aim of the geological nature monument of the local value, Cut of
the Hrynchuts'ka Subsuite of Ryhtivs'ka Suite of the Malynovets'ka Series is
preservation of stratigraphic profiles of sedimentary layers. Article 27 of
the Law of Ukraine about NRF (nature reserved fund) of Ukraine.
2.3 The geological nature monument of the local value, Cut of the Hrynchuts'ka
Subsuite of Ryhtivs'ka Suite of the Malynovets'ka Series may be used with aesthetic,
educational, scientific, nature preserving and recrteational purposes.
3. The regulations of the territory
and protection of the geological nature monument of the local value, Cut of
the Hrynchuts'ka Subsuite of Ryhtivs'ka Suite of the Malynovets'ka Series.
3.1 Any activities, which conflict with the
aims and tasks, provided by the statute of the Nature Monument are limited or
forbidden on the territory of the Nature Monument.
3.2 The economic, scientific and other kinds of activities, which do not conflict
with the aims and tasks of the Nature Monument, are carried out according to
the main requirements about the environmental protection.
3.3 Owners or user of the allotments of the nature objects, declared as a reserve,
take responsibilities of providing the order of its protection and preservation.
Article 28 of the Law of Ukraine "About the nature reserved fund of Ukraine".
3.4 Carrying out of such kinds economic activities, which can damage the Nature
Monument and break ecological balance.
3.5 Building of the buildings, which may cause change of the character of the
region or landscape and bear losses to the Nature Monument.
3.6 The exploration work, mining operations, transgression of the soil and flora.
3.7 Any littering or pollution of the territory of the Nature Monument.
3.8 To give the land for building.
3.9 Other kinds of works that can break the natural connections and running
of the natural processes, loss of the scietific, economic and aesthetic value
of the Nature Monument.
3.10 Abuse of the legislation of Ukraine "About the nature reserved fund
of Ukraine" and the law "About the enviromnental protection"
causes the disciplinary, administrative, civil or criminal amenability.
3.11 The dimension of the damage, caused to the Nature Monument, is defined
according to the approved tariffs.
3.12 All kinds of the usage of nature, which are carried out on the territory
of the Nature Monument are realized according to the permission of the State
Administration of the Environmental Safety in Khmel'nyts'ka Oblast' within the
bounds, approved in fixed order.
The Statue is worked out on the basis of the Law of Ukraine "About the
nature reserved fund of Ukraine".
