1. General Provisions.

1.1 The state botanical nature monument of the local value, Tsykivs'ka Dubyna. It is forest covered area of the deciduous trees, where a group of oaks, old residents, 150-200 years old grow. On the territory of the botanical nature monument rare species of herbs, which are recorded in the Red Book of Ukraine grow: bulatka velykokvitkova, koruchka moroznykovydna and others are among them.
The botanical nature monument is situated nearby Tsykova Village, Chemerovets'kyi Rayon.
It became a reserve according to the resolution of the Oblast' Executive Committee, No.2 of 01.11.96.
1.2 The total area of the botanical nature monument of the local value, Tsykivs'ka Dubyna is 19.3 ha. The user is Kamyanets'-Podil's'kyi State Forestry.
1.3 The state botanical nature monument of the local value, Tsykivs'ka Dubyna belongs to the nature reserved fund of Ukraine, which is protected as a national property, and is a part of the system of nature territories and objects, which are under special protection.
1.4 Liquidation, reorganization of the state botanical nature monument of the local value, Tsykivs'ka Dubyna, and change of it's borders is carried out according to the legislation currently in force.
1.5 The postal address of the land user:
Khmel'nyts'ka Oblast', Kamyanets'-Podil's'kyi, 30 Shevchenko St., Kamyanets'-Podil's'kyi State Forestry.

2. The purpose and aims of foundation of the nature monument of the local value, Tsykivs'ka Dubyna.

2.1 The state botanical nature monument of the local value, Tsykivs'ka Dubyna, belongs to the nature reserved fund of Ukraine.
2.2 The main aim of the state botanical nature monument of the local value, Tsykivs'ka Dubyna, is preservation of the unique trees - "aboriginals" of the common oaks, old residents of Podillia and of rare herbs, which are recorded in the Red Book of Ukraine. Article 27 of the Law of Ukraine about NRF (nature reserved fund) of Ukraine.
2.3 The state botanical nature monument of the local value, Tsykivs'ka Dubyna, may be used with aesthetic, educational, scientific, nature preserving and recreational purposes.

3. The regulations of the territory and protection of the state botanical nature monument of the local value, Tsykivs'ka Dubyna.

3.1 Any activities, which conflict with the aims and tasks provided by the statute of the Nature Monument are limited or forbidden on the territory of the Nature Monument.
3.2 The economic, scientific and other kinds of activities, which do not conflict with the aims and tasks of the Nature Monument, are carried out according to the main requirements about the environmental protection.
3.3 Owners or users of the allotments of the nature objects, declared as a reserve, take responsibilities about guaranteeing of the order of its protection and preservation. Article 28 of the Law of Ukraine "About the nature reserved fund of Ukraine".
3.4 Carrying out of such kinds of economic activities that can damage the reserved object and break ecological balance.
3.5 Building of the buildings that may cause change of the character of the region and landscape, and make up losses to the reserved object.
3.6 The exploration work, mining operations, transgression of the soil and flora.
3.7 Any littering or pollution on the territory of the Nature Monument.
3.8 To give the land for building.
3.9 Other kinds of works that can break the natural connections and running of the natural processes, loss of the scietific, economic and aesthetic value of the Nature Monument.
3.10 Abuse of the legislation of Ukraine "About the nature reserved fund of Ukraine" and the law "About the enviromnental protection" causes the disciplinary, administrative, civil or criminal amenability.
3.11 The dimension of the damage, caused to the Nature Monument, is defined according to the approved tariffs.
3.12 All kinds of the usage of nature, which are carried out on the territory of the Nature Monument are realized according to the permission of the State Administration of the Environmental Safety in Khmel'nyts'ka Oblast' within the bounds, approved in fixed order.
The Statue is worked out on the basis of the Law of Ukraine "About the nature reserved fund of Ukraine".
