STATUTE
about the state botanical reserve of the local value,
the Cherchets'ka Tovtra


1. General Provisions.

1.1 The botanical reserve of the local value, Cherchets'ka Tovtra, is situated nearby Cherche Village, Chemerovets'kyi Rayon. It is a rock, where a lot of valuable rare plants, recorded in Red Book of Ukraine, grow. They are pasque-flower, ������� ����������, spring adonis and others.
It became a reserve according to the resolution of the Oblast' Executive Committee, No.153 of 19.10.1988.
1.2 The total area of the botanical reserve of the local value, Cherchets'ka Tovtra is 4.5 ha. The user is Zaluchchia Village Council, Cherche Village, Chemerovets'kyi Rayon.
1.3 The botanical reserve of the local value, Cherchets'ka Tovtra belongs to the nature reserved fund of Ukraine, which is protected as national property, and is a part of the system of nature territories and objects, which are under spesial protection.
1.4 Liquidation, reorganization of the botanical reserve of the local value, Cherchets'ka Tovtra and change of its borders is carried out according to the legislation currently in force.
1.5 The postal address of the land user:
Khmel'nyts'ka Oblast', Chemerovets'kyi Rayon, Cherche Village, Zaluchchia Village Council.

2. The purpose of foundation of the state botanical reserve of the local value,
Cherchets'ka Tovtra.

2.1 The botanical reserve of the local value, Cherchets'ka Tovtra belongs to the nature reserved fund of Ukraine.
2.2 The main aim of the botanical reserve of the local value, Cherchets'ka Tovtra is preservation of valuable species of rare plants. Article 25 of the Law of Ukraine about NRF (nature reserved fund) of Ukraine.
2.3 The botanical reserve of the local value, Cherchets'ka Tovtra, may be used with aesthetic, educational, scientific, nature preserving and recreational purposes.

3. The regulations of the territory and protection of the botanical reserve of the local value, Cherchets'ka Tovtra.

3.1 Any activities, which conflict with the aims and tasks provided by the statute of the Reserve are limited or forbidden on the territory of the Reserve.
3.2 The economic, scientific and other kinds of activities, which do not conflict with the aims and tasks of the Reserve, are carried out according to the main requirements about the environmental protection.
3.3 Owners or users of the allotments of the nature objects, declared as a reserve, take responsibilities of providing the order of its protection and preservation. Article 26 of the Law of Ukraine "About the nature reserved fund of Ukraine".
3.4 Carrying out of such economic activities, which can damage the reserved object and break ecological balance.
3.5 Building of the buildings, which may cause change of the character of the region or landscape and bear losses to the reserved object.
3.6 The exploration work, mining operations, transgression of the soil and flora.
3.7 Any littering or pollution of the territory of the Reserve.
3.8 To give the land for building.
3.9 Other kinds of works, which can break the natural connections and running of the nature processes, loss of the scientific, economic and aesthtic value of the Reserve.
3.10 Abuse of the legislation of Ukraine "About the nature reserved fund of Ukraine" and the law "About enviromnental protection" causes the disciplinary, administrative, civil or criminal amenability.
3.11 The dimension of damage, caused to the reserves, is defined according to the approved tariffs.
3.12 All kinds of the usage of the nature, which are carried out on the territory of the reserves are realized with the permission of the State Administration of the Environmental Safety in Khmel'nyts'ka Oblast' within the bounds, approved in the fixed order.
The Statute is worked out on the basis of the law of Ukraine "About the nature reserved fund of Ukraine".
