about the forest reserve of the state value,
Satanivs'kyi


1. General Provisions.

1.1 The forest reserve of the state value, Satanivs'kyi is located in the tract Satanivs'ka Dacha. The nature plantations of European beech, that are more than 150 years old, may be found there.
It became a reserve according to the Decree of the Council of Ministers of the Ukrainian Soviet Republic No.500 of 28.10.77, then widened by the Decree of the Oblast' Executive Committee No.194 of 26.10.90.
1.2 The total area of the forest reserve of the state value, Satanivs'kyi is 1778.0 ha. The user is Sataniv Forestry of the Yarmolyntsi State Forestry.
1.3 The forest reserve of the state value, Satanivs'kyi belongs to the nature reserved fund of Ukraine, which is protected as national property, and is a part of the system of natural territories and objects, which are under special protection.
1.4 Liquidation, reorganization of the forest reserve of the state value, Satanivs'kyi, and change of its borders is carried out according to the legislation currently in force.
1.5 The postal address of the land user:
Khmel'nyts'ka Oblast, Yarmolyntsi Town, Yarmolyntsi State Forestry.

2. The purpose of foundation and aims of the forest reserve of the state value,
Satanivs'kyi.

2.1 The forest reserve of the state value, Satanivs'kyi belongs to the nature reserved fund of Ukraine.
2.2 The main aims of the forest reserve of the state value, Satanivs'kyi, are preservation and protection of natural plantations of European beech. Article 25 of the Law of Ukraine about NRF (nature reserved fund) of Ukraine.
2.3 The forest reserve of the state value, Satanivs'kyi may be used with aesthetic, educational, sientific, nature preserving and recreational purposes.

3. The regulations of the territory and protection of the forest reserve of the
state value, Satanivs'kyi.

3.1 Any activities, which conflict with the aims and tasks, provided by the statute of the Reserve are limited or forbidden on the territory of the Reserve.
3.2 The economic, scientific and other kinds of activities, which do not conflict with the aims and tasks of the Forest Reserve, are carried out according to the main requirements about the environmental protection.
3.3 Owners or users of the allotments of the nature objects, declared as a forest reserve, take responsibilities of providing the order of its preservation and protection. 3.4 Carrying out of such kinds of economic activities that can damage the Forest Reserve and break ecological balance.
3.5 Building of the buildings that may cause change of the character of the region and landscape and make up losses to the reserved object.
3.6 The exploration work, mining operations, transgression of the soil and flora.
3.7 Any littering or pollution of the territory of the Forest Reserve.
3.8 To give the land for building.
3.9 Other kinds of works that can break the natural connections and running of the natural processes, loss of the scientific, economic and aesthetic value of the Forest Reserve.
3.10 Abuse of the legislation of Ukraine "About the nature reserved fund of Ukraine" and the law "About the enviromnental protection" causes the disciplinary, administrative, civil or criminal amenability.
3.11 The dimension of the damage, caused to the Forest Reserve, is defined according to the approved tariffs.
3.12 All kinds of the usage of the nature, which are carried out on the territory of the Forest Reserve are realized according to the permission of the State Administration of the Environmental Safety in Khmel'nyts'ka Oblast' within the bounds, approved in the fixed order.
The Statute is worked out on the basis of the Law of Ukraine "About the nature reserved fund of Ukraine".
