The house is a monument of architecture of local importance (The Decree of the ОEC (the Oblast's Executive Committee) of 11.12.84, No.182-Р). It was built in place of two buildings of the XVI-XVII сenturies, which had been ruined in wartime (1941-1945). The buildings were restored in the 80-90's of the XX сentury by the project of the architect Y.M.Plamenyts'ka. The basements and the first floors of the buildings remained a medieval planning structure. The building is used as an administrative institution today.
