The house is a monument of architecture of local importance (The Decree of the ОEC (the Oblast's Executive Committee) of 11.12.84, No.182-Р). It was built at the beginning of the XIX сentury, in place of earlier building. In the 30's of the XX сentury, it was reconstucted. The building is two-storied, stone.
