The house is a monument of architecture of local importance (The protocol of the ОEC (the Oblast's Executive Committee)of 11.12.84, No.182-Р). The house was rebuilt and expanded in the northern direction in the first half of the XIX сentury, the Renaissance white-stone portal has been remained in interior.
