The house is a monument of architecture of local importance (The protocol of the ОEC (the Oblast's Executive Committee) of 11.12.84, No.182-Р). The house is situated in the south-eastern part of the city. It is a typical Kamyanets' building of the end of the XVIII сentury (a one-storied building with a garret).

The material is given by the head of the scientific department of NНАR "Kamyanets'" by Кivil'sha А.B.
