It consisits of two medieval Armenian buildings, that occupy in size of the present building the south-eastern and north-western parts. The south-eastern part of the building belongs to the end of the XV-XVI centuries. In the second half of the XVII century it was two-storeyed, right-angled in its plan (10х19 m). From the south-west the basement sided to it (5.4х3.2 m). In the end of the XVII century, there was an Armenian church in it.
In one of the basements in the 1960's the Armenian painting and fresco were discovered, a white-stone portal has remained there.
