  It is built near the Northern Defensive Wall. In plan it looks like a rectangular, 
  54 m long and 16 m wide. In its middle part there is a three-edged resalite, 
  which, corresponding with the axis composition of the plan, forms octahedral 
  halls along two lower tiers. Allong both sides of them there are rooms: in the 
  western part of the palace - three large ones, in the eastern part there are 
  six of them. The coverings on the first floor are stone torispherical arches 
  with strikings, on the second they are flat in beams. In the nothern wall of 
  the first floor the loopholes have remained, which are blocked up from the side 
  of the interior and form niches. The window opennings are with the tie plates 
  of three-centered outline. The stone walls thickness is 1.45-1.9 m. The fragments 
  of the facade walls of the palace remained a sticco decor of the XVIII - XIX 
  centuries, i.e. pilasters and dummy joints.
