It is built near the Northern Defensive Wall. In plan it looks like a rectangular,
54 m long and 16 m wide. In its middle part there is a three-edged resalite,
which, corresponding with the axis composition of the plan, forms octahedral
halls along two lower tiers. Allong both sides of them there are rooms: in the
western part of the palace - three large ones, in the eastern part there are
six of them. The coverings on the first floor are stone torispherical arches
with strikings, on the second they are flat in beams. In the nothern wall of
the first floor the loopholes have remained, which are blocked up from the side
of the interior and form niches. The window opennings are with the tie plates
of three-centered outline. The stone walls thickness is 1.45-1.9 m. The fragments
of the facade walls of the palace remained a sticco decor of the XVIII - XIX
centuries, i.e. pilasters and dummy joints.
