Kutckivtsi Village

It was built in 1876 (or according to other facts in 1789) by August Kyts'kyi, the village headman of Krasnostavtsi (p.493-497).
The Roman Catholic church belongs to the 5th class. It was built in the eastern part of the village in 1876 and was made of stone in the form of a square. It is 29,5 arshine long and 16 arshine wide.
The first big altar is stone and was placed in 1849. The second altar is to the right of the church entrance. Its altar is of stone with a statue of God's Mother on the left and a statue of Saint Ioan on the right. Next to it, there is an icon of the Crucifixion of Jesus Christ. The third altar is in the left part of the church. There is an icon of the Saviour there.

The Roman Catholic church in Kutkivtsi Village was built in 1786. It functionated until 1932. From 1933 until 1957, the village House of Culture and library were situated in the former church building. In 1957, there was a great fire in the building and it was almost destroyed. Only the walls remained. In 1959, due to the inhabitants of the village and the Lenins'kyi shliah ("Lenin's Way") collective farm, the building was restored with the large sum of money they gave. In 1990, due to the application from the village believers, the building was altered and given back to the church.
The Pyatnychans'ka Church from 1873, in Kutnivtsi Village, is situated in the same place where it was founded. Later, full reconstruction and major repairs of the roof were carried out. It is in good condition.

Костел був побудований понад 200 років тому. Будівництвом на той час керував ксьондз, який проживав на території костелу. Будівництво відбувалося за допомогою парафіян з найближчих 12 сіл, будівельні матеріали селяни здобували власноруч і за власні кошти. Певну частку в будівництво костелу вніс пан Варжевський.

В післяреволюційний час костел підлягав руйнуванню, але тодішній голова сільської ради протистояв тому. Завдяки йому зберігся костел, але за це його було звільнено з даної посади.

У воєнні роки в костелі знаходився склад для зерна та іншої сільськогосподарської продукції, а потім для мінеральних добрив.

В післявоєнний час костел було реставровано і в ньому були розміщені будинок культури та сільська бібліотека. Через деякий час в костелі розмістилась контора колгоспу с. Кутковець.

У 80-х роках в приміщенні костелу сталася пожежа, після цього його було реставровано. В 1999 році костел було передано парафіянам.

Найціннішим скарбом костелу є статуя Божої Матері, яка пройшла всі випробування минулих часів і в 1999 р. була повернута з Городоцького костелу в костел с. Кутковець.
