The Arch is almost square in plan, the passage of which is covered with a semicircular vault with whitestone incrustation. There are symmetrically arranged niches in the walls on each side of the passage. The fronts are decorated with the pilasters of the stylized Ionic order, finished with a pilaster sided entablature. The sculpture, done in typical for the late baroque forms, plays a great role in artistic expressiveness of the monument.
