The house is a monument of architecture of local importance (The protocol of �EC (the Oblast's Executive Committee) of 11.12.84, No.182-�). It is known as the house of Kypriyan Tomashevych from the end of the XVII �entury.

In the first half of the XVIII �entury, there was framed building here, till the middle of the ղ� �entury there was a visit place in it, at the end of the ղ� �entury it was rebuilt.

Today, it is a two-storied stone and brick building. The sketch proposals of its rebuilding and reconstruction were developed by Kyiv NDҲ�� institute.

Time of its building is the XVII-XVIII �enturies. In the second half of the XIX century, it was rebuilt, the second floor was built on. In the 50's of the XX �entury, it was reconstructed, the third floor was built on, the architect �. Ballog. The building is rectangular in its plan. The construction is made of limestone and bricks, the constructions are vaulted, flat.
