Dwelling
House, the XIX century. Presrvation Number #1638 | Foto
19 Tatars'ka St.
It was
built in the place of the building of the middle of the XVII century. The architectural
look of the building is defined by the elements of the modernist style.
The building is brick, rectangular in its plan (13x15.5 m), two-storeyed, the
south-western corner is cut. The coverings are flat, joist. The roof is pyramidal,
iron. In the ground floor it is divided with a wall in the north-southern direction
; the eastern part consists of 4 rooms and a corridor, the western - of 2 rooms.
The entrances are in the western and eastern fronts, and also in the place of
the cut of the south-western corner. The planning of the first floor is similar.
The building is plastered, the socle is made of the lumb stone with pointing
of the joints. The south-western and western entrances are underlined by the
flanking pilasters at full height of the front, to the south-west they turn
into the triangular attic with an arch niche; the western is completed with
figured attic with two rectangular niches. There is a balcony with a tracery
metallic fence above the south-western entrance. The window openings in the
southern front are framed with barely projecting from the wall plane plastered
window aprons with rounded angles and the completion in the form of the carinate
arch. The crowning cornice is profiled, pulled project from in the plaster.
The monument is the example of the local variant of the Modernist Style.
