The house is a monument of architecture of local importance (The Decree of the representative of the President of 16.04.93, No.438 ). The building is a part of the typical Kamyanets' estate of the XVIII-XIX сenturies: in the heart of the estate the stable has remained, the wing is collapsed.

The material is given by the head of the scientific department of NHАR "Kamyanets'", А.B.Кivil'sha

The house is stone, it was built in the XVIII сentury. It is rectangular in the plan, one-storied, with a cellar.
