The house is a monument of architecture of local importance (The Decree of the representative of the President of 16.04.93, No.438 ). The building is a part of the typical Kamyanets' estate of the XVIII-XIX �enturies: in the heart of the estate the stable has remained, the wing is collapsed.

The material is given by the head of the scientific department of NH�R "Kamyanets'", �.B.�ivil'sha

The house is stone, it was built in the XVIII �entury. It is rectangular in the plan, one-storied, with a cellar.
