The house is a monument of architecture of local importance (The Decree of the representative of the President of 16.04.93, No.438 ). During the XVIII-XIX �enturies, the house has been rebuilt for several times. During the war-period, in 1941-1945, it was partly ruined. In the 1950's, the major repairs and partly reconstuction were done there. Today, the house is a private property. In the sketch project of the regeneration of the block VIII in consisting of the Complex Programme of the townplanning regeneration of Kamyanets'-Podil's'kyi NH�R, done by Kyiv ND�Ҳ�� in 1993, there is a sketch version of the restoration of the building.
