49 Rus'ka St.

The dwelling house in 49 Rus'ka St. is a monument of architecture of local importance. It is located in the south-western part of the Old Town in canyon of the Smotrych River.

According to the plans of the XVIII �entury, the manor was already built up there. In 1850, there was a wooden one-storied, on the stone basement building on the plot.

Till 1917, it had been changed a lot; as a result the manor consisted of a one-storied stone house, two annexes, a pise wing, two wooden and one stone sheds. Today, the manor is in possession of three houseowners.
