49 Rus'ka St.

The dwelling house in 49 Rus'ka St. is a monument of architecture of local importance. It is located in the south-western part of the Old Town in canyon of the Smotrych River.

According to the plans of the XVIII сentury, the manor was already built up there. In 1850, there was a wooden one-storied, on the stone basement building on the plot.

Till 1917, it had been changed a lot; as a result the manor consisted of a one-storied stone house, two annexes, a pise wing, two wooden and one stone sheds. Today, the manor is in possession of three houseowners.
