The house is a monument of architecture of local importance (The Decree of the representative of the President of Ukraine of 16.04.93, No.432). The house was ruined in the war-period, 1941-1944. It exists only in the underground part. In 1990, the sketch proposals of its rebuilding were developed by Kyiv NDÒ²ÀÌ institute.
The material is given by the head of the scientific department of NHÀR "Kamyanets'" by À.B.Êivil'sha.
