A dwelling house, which is situated in 14-16 Pol's'kyi Rynok Square, is a monument of architecture of local importance (The Decree of the representative of the President of Ukraine of 16.04.1993, No.43). It is situated in the central part of the Old Town, in the western part of Pol's'kyi Rynok Maydan.

The house is three-storied. It was built in the 50's and included four buildings, that had existed in this part of the Maydan till 1941 under ##30,32,34. After rebuilding the building was used as the Agronomical school.
