The house is a monument of architecture of local importance (The Decree of the �EC (the Oblast's Executive Committee) of 11.12.84, No.182-�). It was built in the last third of the XVIII �entury, as a two-storied dwelling house in place of earlier building. It was rebuilt in 1867. In 1889, it was rebuilt by the project of the local architect Ballog, on the ground floor there was a chemistry of Karl Angle. It was reconsructed after the Great Patriotic war. The building is two-storied, stone, there is a chemistry on the first floor and a long distance inventory office - on the second floor.
